SIKA’S CARPARK WATERPROOFING SOLUTION FOR $350M DEVELOPMENT

The landmark $350 million urban development, located in the Inner West suburb of Footscray will incorporate an array of residential and commercial development, shared community spaces, cafes and facilities while showcasing a unique architectural design and sustainable living in a modern inner city environment.

Within this development was a multi-storey residential building that required a waterproofing and flooring solution for it’s multi-storey carpark structure. While one required crack bridging to protect the tenancies below, both required to be trafficable, hard-wearing, non-slip and suitable for a carpark while being aesthetically pleasing and highly UV resistant.
